Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Our U.S. shop is dedicated to to R&D as well as our Limited Edition 400 Series and is unable to take on custom orders at this time.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Due to a high volume of pending orders, please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping and handling.
Q: How will my guitar be packaged?
A: All guitars are shipped in original factory boxes with tools, slip case and neck brace.
Q: Does Legator do repairs?
A: All Legator Guitars come with a manufacturer’s warranty for the original customer covering any product failures for the first year after purchase, standard wear and tear repairs are not covered.
Q: Does Legator Guitars ship internationally?
A: For international orders please send serious inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org with requested guitars and shipping addresss..
Q: Why isn’t the color I want listed in the “Available Options” menu?
A: If you are trying to purchase a guitar in the Legator Store and are unable to process a certain color it may be sold out.
Q: Are contests / guitar giveaways available worldwide?
A: All Legator contests are available worldwide unless otherwise stated, international winners are responsible for shipping costs.
Q: What does B-Stock mean?
A: B-Stock indicates that the guitar may have arrived from the factory with cosmetic defects, or was a returned purchase that is otherwise playable. Defects may include blemishes, smudges, scratches, and/or dents.
